There are several ways to get a piece of wood in the correct shape to replace the windscreen mounting piece you just removed:
1) Purchase a piece of standard moulding from a moulding wood shop or a marine wood supplier. While this is unlikely, it’s worth a few minutes search on Google to see if it’s out there.
2) Build a piece using some standard moulding wood. In your case a simple rectangle and a half-round glued to it might suffice.
3) Work with a mate with the necessary tools, such as a shaper table or router table, to shape a piece of wood as required.
4) Work with a custom wood moulding shop to create a piece of wood in the exact shape needed. Yes, this is likely to require a significant outlay, it’s why I suggested this last.
In all cases, you really need to know the exact shape of the wood, so I would (pun intended) purchase a profile or contour gauge, like this item: https://www.amazon.co.uk/BuildPRO-Contour-Gauge-10-Metal/dp/B08LTTRC2K/. This will allow you to exactly match the profile of the wood needed to replace the windscreen mounting.
