Vlog 259: Life of Brine

A new boat show has launched in 2022, held at the NEC in Birmingham. Boat Life Live aims to be the “pre-season” (the organisers are clearly not liveaboards!) show for posh yachties but also includes a solid inland waterways contingent. Here’s my record of my day there.

  1. Your impression of Nick was spot on and hilarious. I just watched his video of the show as well. Great episode!

  2. Michael Higgins

Oh, lots of good stuff in this one David. One could get really used to all that extra square footage in a Wide Beam, the only thing missing was a nice digital piano. I also was attracted to the floating boat homes, one could live a posh existence in London on one of these! I enjoyed seeing the chandlery offerings, as well as the shiny new engines. Hoping one day to become a six month a year Englander when I retire. Take very good care and wishing you all the very best from Avondale, Arizona.
