Very interesting David. I would like to know though how Martin Hillis arrives at his figures. Saving the NHS £38,000,000 per annum? That is really is some claim. And please don’t respond by saying ‘peoples well being’! How many people have to use the 70 mile stretch to achieve this?
I have no idea how such figures are calculated but inevitably I would suggest such estimates are just that, an estimate at best.
