Bonus video: realtime canal cruising
This is a bonus video, a “not-a-vlog” realtime recording of the first part of my journey taking Twiggy the Microplus 600 cabin cruiser from Ashwood Marina down the Staffs & Worcs canal towards Stourport, in this video reaching Stewponey Lock.
There’s no talking, no commentary and no music (play your own music while you watch if you want music, that way you’ll be completely happy with the song selection!)

David,
just catching up with your recent videos and “Twiggy”. Fantastic to see you back on the canal network again. Very much looking forward to seeing the work you do with Twiggy in the coming months.
As an aside, for several years I have enjoyed your CruisingTheCut channel. As an interested narrow boat enthusiast I have enjoyed many narrowboat holidays on hire craft and seriously thout about retirement on a narrow boat. Thus far that giant step has not been taken!
A few years ago I used to helm the Rose wide beam boat for K&A trust on the K and A and based in Hungerford.
thank you again for your wonderful content. I look forward to future videos.
Kind regards
Michael
Thank you Michael. More videos soon!

I’ve no idea, there are so many boats I would be unlikely to remember any specific names.
