Always a huge relief. That foam was a little mad/strange though. . Curious choice to try with plastic bag though, PU foam being slightly exothermic as it cures, with a soft plastic like a ziplock bag could have potentially melted it is it cured..

Did you ever actually find/locate your air pressure equalisation vent/air bleed tube outlet for your ballast tank? and also your ballast tank inspection port?
